Meet the team

Matthew J. Fultz

Matt was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2008 and is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Charleston Bar Association and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association. Matt has practiced exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense for 15 years. He has extensive experience handling all aspects of South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Act claims. He has represented employers, carriers, TPAs and self-insured companies. In addition to his advocacy for Defendants in state workers’ compensation claims, Matt also has experience working on Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act claims. Matt is a certified South Carolina mediator and has experience mediating workers’ compensation claims as well as other types of civil litigation claims.

In his free time, Matt occasionally works as a bartender at a local establishment. He enjoys playing tennis, reading a good book and spending time with his family and his rescue puppy, Lemon.

Brooke A. Saxinger

Brooke is an Associate Attorney at Warder Law Firm where she practices Workers’ Compensation Defense. She graduated with a BS degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She then graduated with her Juris Doctor degree from Charleston School of Law in 2022. During law school, Brooke worked for several law firms who practiced various areas of law including worker’s compensation, personal injury, DUI defense, and business litigation. She also worked for the South Carolina Research Authority alongside Clemson graduate students to help facilitate, from a legal standpoint, patents for new medical devices. 

In her spare time, Brooke enjoys traveling with friends and family, figure skating, and baking.

W. Adam Stovall

W. Adam Stovall practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense. He received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Auburn University in 2012 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2015. Since graduating from law school, Adam has spent his entire legal career representing employers, insurance carriers, and self-insured employers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Adam is admitted to the South Carolina Bar. 

Outside of his practice, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, his Golden Retrievers, George and Charles, spending time outdoors, with friends and family, and rooting on the Auburn Tigers. He currently serves on the Board for the Lowcountry Auburn Club, and he’s an active member of East Cooper Baptist Church.

F. Reid Warder, Jr.

Reid has practiced in the area of workers’ compensation defense since 2002 handling claims in the state arena under the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Act and claims in the Federal arena under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. In February of 2013, Reid opened Warder Law Firm, LLC. 

As a business owner himself, Reid understands watching out for his client’s bottom line and works with clients to achieve the best possible result for them, whether it be through extensive litigation or settlement. He routinely defends carriers, employers, and self-insured companies in the construction, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, shipping, trucking, and healthcare industries. He has been mediating personal injury and workers’ compensation matters for over 15 years. Reid has made more appearances before the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission than he’d like to remember and has appeared before various Circuit Courts, the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court numerous times. 

When not in the office, Reid enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and getting outdoors to hunt and fish.
